WALKER COUNTY, TEXAS, WILL HOLD A SPECIAL MEETING, OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, ON THURSDAY, March 08, 2018 BEGINNING
AT 12:30 P.M. AT, WALKER COUNTY HOSPITAL DISTRICT BUSINESS OFFICE,
1300 11TH STREET, SUITE #515, HUNTSVILLE, TX. 

AGENDA

  1.  Call meeting to order.

Executive Session: The Board of Managers will convene in Executive Session to deliberate on Agenda Item #2 as authorized by Texas Government Code Section 551.074:  Personnel Matters.

Reconvene:  Open Session for action following executive session, if necessary.

  1. To discuss and approve the hiring of a WCHD part time administrator with salary and responsibilities.
  1. Adjourn meeting.
